Terrible stuff from Broad the end. His bowling was ok but he missed 3 run outs and a catch.

And even with that they may not go through.sarah_lennon wrote:Unreal. England need to beat Pakistan or they are out
Very funny tactics from England, no point in playing Foster and Key so low down the order. Key should have been in at 3 instead of Shah. There's no point playing him lower down the order
Re: Holland v England
feeling quite embarrassed right now.
Am going to bed to sleep off the disappointment.
Go Pakistan... (at least against Holland)

This is why i love sport; the excitement and the surprises. I suppose it's easier to be a neutral. Big smile for my dutch friends and commiserations to my English mates

Hopefully we can pull a similar trick against Bangladesh on Tuesday. If we could make it to the super-eights and maybe nick another win therein, it would really bolster the arguments in favour of greater recognition for Irish cricket. It's so difficult for us to survive when all our best players are lured to England by the prospect of Test cricket. If we had Joyce and Morgan at the moment, I fancy we'd crush Bangladesh.
