Priceless moment during the roy keane interview earlier when some poor journalists mobile phone happened to go off, just as keane was in the middle of a rant about the fai.

Thankfully someone at last speaking some sense!!! Delaney a spanner, defender should have cleared the ball, it happens every game, get over it...oh and if someone is speaking at a press conference, perhaps a little bit of manners might be shown and phones should be turned off.MylesNaGapoleen wrote:Priceless moment during the roy keane interview earlier when some poor journalists mobile phone happened to go off, just as keane was in the middle of a rant about the fai.

I agree with what Keane said, but not the manner of his saying. Obviously doesn't like Given (a total hero who never fecked off on his country because his own ego was more important) - as he focuses on the goalie (whose fault it wasn't - when the ball bounced he would have had to poleaxe his own player to get to it) rather than the defender, whose fault it was.Mauler wrote:Thankfully someone at last speaking some sense!!! Manners bad in front of poor widdle woy? F^&k that. He doesn't deserve manners or respect. If he wasn't a pampered spoiled multimillionaire whose tantrums were indulged he'd just have been sacked from any normal job. Repeatedly. Until he learns how to behave with people he will never make a competent manager.

Good to see that rent a quote is not just a bully but an ignoramus and a hypocrite too. Goes from telling the FAI to move on to bringing up Saipan again in one short speech. should take his own advice and move on, preferably to somewhere extremely remote where he will be out of sight and out of mind.

Keane is a tw@t, He was a great player but he will be remembered as a twisted bitter bully in years to come and could be out of a job by weeks end, he should concentrate on his own problems

I think a love him or loathe him poll is in order! Personally I love him tbh. I wouldn't think he's flawless by any stretch of the imagination but I'm a huge, huge fan.
