They should be realistically trying to win the league, even though they started on -15 points. It's possible to win one of the lower-divisions by more than fifteen points, as proven by the likes of Fulham, Manchester City, Sunderland and Reading in recent years. They also have the best squad in the division, so I think they can do it...
