Scratch that - they've been and gone it would seem. Might be returns from sponsors' allocations etc but that won't be for a day or two I'd guess.

Got north terrace tickets, very disspapointed we didn't take the full allocation, what is the rationale behind that?

The only thing I can think of is the LB not wanting to send back tickets and the press being able to say that we couldn't fill the allocation???

Meh the press will just say we did not take up our full allocation or make something up - the LR site says we sold all of our HEC allocation for final but i read in two papers over weekend that LR returned 'thousands' of unsold tickets

Which papers? Seriously everyone I know is trying to get over for the game, still tickets available but I'd have thought the allocation was well sold especially with STH's, and correct me if I'm wrong, only getting two tickets each for the hcup final even if you applied for more.

Here is the inane response I got from the LB as to the reasoning behind not taking allocation.

Why can't we take the full allocation and return unsold tickets, is that not the normal procedure in these cases?

"Our allocation of tickets went on sale at 10am today, we will not be releasing any further tickets.

We do not have demand for over 13,000 tickets for the final and therefore we did not take up our full allocation for the game."

First time poster but long time lurker. I'm seeking one East Terrace ticket for Magners final hoping to join some of my friends who already have tickets there. Is there anyone with a spare?

Only offering North Terrace tickets now....I'm getting four tickets. What's the view like from there? Not sure if I want to risk hanging on for better tickets to be released tomorrow/Wednesday, they seem to be getting snapped up quickly. I've been to the East Terrace before, fine view from there.

North Terrace is fine, typical behind the goals view, the only downside is that the big screen and score board are behind you

EDIT: the stadium clocks are located at the front of both the east and west stands
