Going from Waterford to Rosslare?

Hey everyone,

A wedding has me in the foreign (to me!) land of Waterford the day before the final and I'm desperately trying to find a way from there to Rosslare the following morning for the 9am sailing. Bus Eireann gets me there too close to comfort so am praying I can find alternative means. More than willing to pay any costs involved and meeting my friend at port so you'll only have the 'pleasure' of my company for that short car ride. Any help or suggestions would be so gratefully received.
