Are many people staying in Bristol?
There's two of us anyway(nothing booked yet but with a flight back on Monday at 8am we can't go far from Bristol itself)

There is a Hilton at Bristol airport plus a couple of B&B's if you want to stay near it to get the early flight.

Just booked this into Southampton with Flybe.

Lesson learned for the next time I use the site. They stick on a bag and charge which you have to remove if you're not putting anything in the hold and they also assign a seat which you have to pay extra for. To avoid paying that you have to click "choose new seats" and then just continue without choosing a seat. Got stung on the seats but not the luggage. Still worked out cheaper that Aer LIngus to Bristol though.

EDIT: Didn't get stung for the seats. Got stung for using a Visa. Price jumped from €77 to €90.

3 of us are opting for the Sail & Rail option via Holyhead. We're heading over Saturday morning and leaving Sunday evening to catch the 2.40am ferry back to Dublin! It will be a little arduous, but a little liquid refreshment for the journey should make the time pass quickly. We're staying at the YHA in Bristol on the Saturday night. The cheap and cheerful option! :D

Anyway, does anyone have any idea when tickets will go on sale? Will we be able to get from Leinster or do we buy them directly from Bath? We're all STHs and we'll have access to another ST if needs be. Any sage advice would be appreciated.

Tickets went on general sale on the Bath site yesterday.
Anyone purchase any of these tickets as yet?
Which area of the ground are people looking at?

Tickets went on sale at ten but I just logged on and there was no terrace tickets left, cheapest were €46.50!

So went into the Bath site and got tickets on the Thatcher Terrace for £28 sterling.

If memory serves after the last two visist if you have tickets for the Thatcher Terrace you can stand anywhere on it (think they separate it only for ticket sale purposes).
