Not sure how many people are intending to stay on the Sunday night so you may get a hotel for a reasonable price.

Booked Ryanair, out Sat AM, back Sun PM - Staying in Travel Lodge. A little bit of advice, under no circumstances should people book the Redcar Hotel. The biggest kip of a hotel I've ever stayed in.

The OLSC will (subject to demand and cost) run direct buses to/from central Bath from Bristol airport. If you are interested please send your flight details and how many seats you would require to olsc 'at' leinsterrugby.ie and we will be in touch.
Please email your feedback/suggestions/comments to olsc 'at' leinsterrugby.ie as we may miss it on the forum

I'm in the Redcar. Feck it, it was (relatively) cheap!Mauler wrote:Booked Ryanair, out Sat AM, back Sun PM - Staying in Travel Lodge. A little bit of advice, under no circumstances should people book the Redcar Hotel. The biggest kip of a hotel I've ever stayed in.

Looking to book this. What are the chances of making the 17.00 flight from Bristol to Dublin on Sunday?
My thinking is 12:45 kick off so out of the ground by 14.45 and on the OLSC bus to Bristol.

Saturday night will be for the pubs. As a long time Westmeath GAA supporter I've learned the benefit of doing the celebrating before the game.
Bath city website says airport is a 40 minute drive from Bath so in theory there shouldn't be a problem getting to the airport but in theory communism works....

I made the mistake of booking Aer Lingus first, Ryanair went up €100 in the meantime.sheepshagger wrote:Jesus, thats skyrocketed overnight. . .deco wrote:aer lingus in + ryan air out = €200approx is the only way I can see

If you do want to stay in Bristol, can recommend a new IBIS that is right next to Bristol Temple Meads (so stumbling distance if you are getting the last train back from Bath). Trains go reasonably late and are about 20 mins.slum wrote: Are many people staying in Bristol?

Stayed there the Thursday night before the HC final after getting a cheap late evening flight to Bristol.
There is also the Express by Holiday Inn across the road from the station but it can be pricey http://www.hiexpress.com/hotels/us/en/b ... oteldetail
