The sport that unites Catholic, Protestant and dissenter has had its day of days. Pity anybody who can't enjoy it. Some day.

Anyone know where most Leinster supporters will be drinking before/after the match? Big group of us down for the weekend and first time down in Galway for a game....

O'Connells on Eyre Sq, a great pub and easy walk to Sportsground is a suggestion. The Connacht Clan Supporters Club use Busker Brownes on Lower Cross St or my personal favourite is the Dáil Bar on Middle St

O'Connell's is a fantastic pub alright, especially if you like Guinness. However it's also tiny and fills up very quickly so can I suggest Garvey's a few doors down as an alternative. The Huntsman is a nice spot for food before the match, only five minutes from the ground.

Will be doing the same so I'll look out for you. To be fair this place suits people doing the day trip more than people staying in town over-night.
