Or maybe Eazyjet have Wifi onboard and we can stream it?! Hahha.. Fat chance of that.

Yeah I think we might just catch it.. Half time should be about 7:30pm, we land int BOD at at 7:25pm... Think the Airport is pretty central, so maybe we should find a pub with Canal+ in it and race there! :D

Also booked this one. Seems to be "just down the road" from the stadium.

The Victoria Gardens is close to city centre, clean and very reasonable.

Yeh, google maps has it as 5min away. Dunno what the area is, but it's pretty central, and I think there's a tram stop nearby.

Stayed there in 2007 for the WC and the area that the Ibis/Etap etc is in is the business district but it's fine. As you say there's a tram stop very nearby at the courts building from what I remember and the Connemara Irish pub is only a couple of minutes walk away towards city center. Would be surprised if this wasn't the OLSC HQ for the weekend. Very handy for a stroll out to the stadium.

I'm travelling up from near Beziers to the match on the day. Anyone interested in sharing the cost of a car hire? Can get a mini for about €90 with petrol and tolls on top of that. The train fare is €44 each way and you'd have to stay overnight in Bordeaux as the last train leaves before the match ends. Anyone in Agde, Vias, Portiragnes, Beziers, Carcassonne, Toulouse may be interested.

I've some friends in Carcassonne who may be coming to the game - will know later on so there may be some sharing to be done. We were going to drive from there too, but have had to change our plans and will fly into Limoges now. I'll let you know.

Beat this, two return tickets Shannon to Nantes, €120 all in, leave Friday am back Mon evening, 4 full days. Free car transfers during stay, free accommodation in La Rochelle, free home made dinners (drinks included), will only cost me the price of a ticket for the father in law, great to have French relatives. Winner pays for the champagne.

Plenty of time between the flights aswell. Hopefully, fans who felt they couldn't afford to go may be able to now :D

Against ASM's fans, we'll need as many troops as we can muster

I'm glad that price didn't come out a few days ago or I would only have 1 day in France instead of 3 :)

Yeah, I'd hate to hurrying up after the match. Even with accommodation for 2 nights mine still worked out cheaper than Ryanair's same day flights.

And that's before you factor in travel to / from airport. Not a huge difference and if the game goes in to extra time I'd rather be on the charter than having to leave for the airport.
I like your right leg. A lovely leg for the role.
I've got nothing against your right leg.
The trouble is ... neither have you

Aircoach type service in Bordeaux is €12 return. . . .flight leaves at 10pm local time. . .with a 4pm KO there would have to be some serious amount of extra time for it to be an issue!
