Cardiff Away

Post by conf101 »

Hey folks. The Cardiff away game isn't until Feb but I'm planning early. Anyone recommend the best way to get to Cardiff on a budget? Don't need accommodation as I've a mate living there, just need to find reasonably priced transport.

Cheers

Flight to Bristol (book now before the cost of fuel increase kicks in) then train over to Cardiff. Should be cheap enough.

Failing that, flight to Birmingham and an advance train ticket return will be about £30.

Price up Aer Lingus Regional direct to Cardiff, sometimes you'll get a decent priced fare. Otherwise Bristol, personally would look at getting a rental car if flying to the latter, the buses to/from the airport etc along with train tickets all add up.
