Would'nt want to take the Gloucester thread off topic. . . . so heres a Belfast one.

Theres no IBIS in Belfast either :cry:

We stayed at Jurys one year (which is in the city centre). . theres also a Express by Holiday Inn up by the Uni part of town (both are about a 15-20 min walk from Ravenhill).

By far the best Irish away trip in my view. Possibly one of the best away trips full stop. The Grinos are always quick with good natured Harp fuelled terrace banter.

Definitely up for this one!

For the last time!! We are the f%~king Gringos
Now that rugby's oldest bridesmaid has finally got hitched, she can cast a haughty glance towards Leinster, her high-living sister from Dublin, who, despite her immense beauty and vast potential, has trouble getting lucky.

Yeah, coach up and back would be the better option. Belfast is expensive. Thats anther trip I have planned.

Used the aircoach service last time. . picks you up and drops you off outside Jurys in the City Centre (a lot cheaper and not much longer than the train either). . is only EUR 18 return :)

Just had a look at hotels for the night of Saturday 2nd December (the day of the game). . .the likes of Jurys and the Holiday Inn (both city centre) want GBP 89 for a room . . Travelodge has rooms at GBP 65 and the Express by Holiday Inn (up by the Uni part of town) is GBP 66 a room

Could this not be an ideal opp for a Harp fuled "Love Leinster" bus trip?

I think no Leinster season would be complete without the Official Unofficial Bus Trip North. 2003's (inaugural) trip saw the birth of the now infamous "Allez Les Bleus" chant, after all.

Could somebody bring along precise directions, though?

Will probably do the aircoach thing myself if the branch don't do a coach. Try to save a few squid for christmas and Glouccester trip. Did you book a room SS?
