Thanks also to the two Leinster fans who kindly let us follow them from the airport shuttle bus to Ma Nolan's on Saturday. Got to watch a great Munster victory, which we'd otherwise have missed while wandering the streets of Nice.

Yes great weekend, apart from the result.

Spare a thought for the lads whose Nissan Micra was stolen on Sunday in Toulon, but later found burnt out in Nice. They must have been distraught

Rental car?

Hope they had excess waiver insurance - rent car companies can rip you off big time with excesses of over a grand, would be a killer for the weekend.

No it was one of the lads mothers car. They are students I think, who had driven down through Britain and France for the match. They parked it near the Station on Sunday morning and one of the lads got a call from home at about 9 ish saying the Guards had been on and that the car was ablaze in Nice

Mind you the lads were badly locked by Sunday night so how they were going to drive I don't know

They are Friends of Deco Brynes
