You won't have it easy getting money with Best on it - I travelled north on Tuesday to get myself some, and between 5 branches of Ulster bank, all I came away with were 4 fivers!brian_c wrote:Ceist, do they take real money in Ravers, or do I have to head down to the bank and get the stuff with George Best or Lizzie in London on it?

So is this the final plan, Kiely's for some pint? what time is departure?Couple of things:
1. Schedule to go up monday. Plan is to meet in Kielys main bar at 1pm right beside the Harp tap for a couple of warmers...
2. We do not have confirmation that we can drink on the bus yet. New safety regulations are pretty tough - so be prepared that you might not be allowed.
3. We will stop at the Great Northern Brewery on the way up for a couple of free pints of Harp (number one in blind tests etc etc) for all OVER 18 and some food - soft drinks available if you want too. What you do afterwards is your own business, but can I ask you not to show up completely hammered and that you don't wreck the place - this is myself and Fungalboy's job....
4. We aim to arrive at Ravers at around 18.00. Plenty of time to have a few pints in the Harp tent and get onto the terrace.
5. Getting tickets is your own responsibility.
It's posted on another thread, one of the ones about the squad for the Ulster game. He said that he "heard there was three busloads of supporters going up and that's separate from those travelling independently". He then said something else about knowing how great the loyal supporters were. Reggie is a true leg-end.dodderee wrote:The 'Metro' (or HeraldAm - left it in car so can't be sure which) sportspages are quoting Reggie as saying that he's heard that there are 'buses' of supporters going up to Ravenhill... that's us!!!
Fame at last.
