Actually it was a rip-off of a Dave Cahill classic.
I knew the reaction would be similar to the original but I couldn't resist.
And what's this Bic Biro business?
This is Leinster, my dear, I would expect a poke in the eye from nothing less than a Visconti fountain pen!

The problem with the trains are the two hour trip each way with one or two changes. That's why we decided to go with the coach.Flash Gordon wrote:Had look at trains, only 13 Guineas and they beer.....and toilets....
Can we just walk up and buy tickets for this? What time's kick off by the way?
During the week it's only an hour of a trip, but the train services seems to go to hell at the weekend.
The match is on at 2.15. I can't se it being a sell-out as it's only the Challange Cup but I'll have a look at the Bath site to see what the story is with tickets.

Well, I think on the windy roads it might be a bit longer Donny.....and another thing during the journey following a big night, there were two puke stops.....after a skinful, those roads are fockin rough - I'd rather be travelling in a straight line.....even if it is in the wrong direction.....Donny B. wrote:The problem with the trains are the two hour trip each way with one or two changes. Train/public bus take over 2 hours each way. If we get a few more maybe we could go for the 24 seater?Flash Gordon wrote:Well, I think on the windy roads it might be a bit longer Donny.....and another thing during the journey following a big night, there were two puke stops.....after a skinful, those roads are fockin rough - I'd rather be travelling in a straight line.....even if it is in the wrong direction.....Donny B. wrote:The problem with the trains are the two hour trip each way with one or two changes. Fair enough. Happy to do that but if it doesn't work out, no worries. I wonder if there's a schedulled bus to Bath?apple sourz wrote:Train/public bus take over 2 hours each way. Well if we take flash and his two plus Del and mrs Del I make that nineteen.
Not too far off a twenty four seater then.
I've already booked and paid for the 16 seater but I'll see on Monday about an upgrade to a 24 seater.
If I remember correctly it was 365 sterling for a 24 seater so it wouldn't be huge difference in the money.

Okay, I've upgraded to a 24 seater now.
With credit card charges the cost is going to be £377.
If we fill it that will work out about £16 per head.
At the moment we've got
Donny +5
Apple +2
Phil 06
Dave Cahill
Leinster Lady
Grumpy
TCB
Flash
Ckav
Big Dave (sorry can't remember your user name on here)
Del & Mrs Del
Sean
Leinsterman (TBC)
Leinsterbabe (TBC)
That's 22 so there's two places left.
