Hi
A kind relative has sent me 2 tickets for Sunday in the post but they haven't arrived. She sent them last friday. What can you do in this situation?
Is it best to try and get the seat numbers of the tickets and get onto the IRFU?

That must be a first! They stated explicitly re the Royal Mail strike that they wouldn't.
