I'd say he brings new meaning to the shoulder charge.

I would have loved to see his opponents face when he lined out beside him.

I think there was talk of him getting some gametime around the 6N past but he injured himself.

Apology accepted Dave, some players just don't cut the mustard.Dave Cahill wrote:Now he's leaving, I feel I must apologise for getting this so badly wrong.Dave Cahill on the 24th of July 2008 wrote:He destroyed them. Hip surgery and another 6 months break for SO'B. Really tough luck for the guy to definitely miss World Cup. Its a cruel sport.
Re: Sean O Brien
That's a real shame.

well worth a watch, put together by someone in Leinster Rugby I understand....
Re: Sean O Brien
Brilliant to look back at some of the highlights. He has been the heartbeat of Leinster Rugby for 10 years, never mind what he achieved for Ireland and the Lions. I remember seeing him in that Leinster A game referred to at the start of this thread.......no young player has made such an impact in an A game since. Thanks for the memories.brotheroffrank wrote:ror wrote:This post aged well....ror wrote:Anyone know anything about him ? It's very good. So easy to forget about how big a player he was for us.brotheroffrank wrote:ror wrote:This post aged well....ror wrote:Anyone know anything about him ? The lineout shot is a nice bit of humour too. I'm sad now.

His last game at a RWC was that one against France. I’ll never forgive that charlatan Papé for how he milked that, and carried on milking it at the hearing. No punishment for what Papé did, of course
