Tut Tut lads - Personal abuse and all that. . .
I'm in the middle of a strict healh kick at the moment in preperation for Toulouse. . . .which depending on how Father Abraham goes may or may not be noticed (hopefully only by the local ladies).
I'm also hoping that the health kick will give me extra energy for the Drum!!

Good work Sheepshagger - as you may know Guinness, has a low calorie content compared to other beers and makes you strong, so I pressume you'll be on 10 pints a day......
And if you need a good work out, there are farms in Wicklow that will be able to help you do it Kiwi style.....

I certainly wouldn't be looking to sup any green "powerade" if you were on the sideline Apple.....apple sourz wrote: Apple sourz would compliment any tag rugby team
I go away for the weekend and the next thing we've signed some unknown from Oz and I'm being compared with a front rower? The finger is well and truly off the pulse.
