When an acquaintance of mine from good ulster unionist stock wishes that the Irish Language channel was still covering the games it shows how bad Setanta are!
So do we prefer Paul "Eh eh" Wallace or Fred "I can't see the fog properly through my cataracts" Cogley?
Although after seeing Hamilton with his "Noon, Noon with the ball, Noon into the 22, Noon is over and Noon touches down ............... great try by <pause> Mike Tindall"

Makes you pine for Ryle, doesn't it!
Wallace at least is a co-commentator so doesn't really count. Fred's awful. Can't seem to follow the play at all. George is usually good, at least he follows play even if he gets confused with the player (which doesn't happen often).

I know, he's dreadful, BUT - he was commentating on my Ireland's Triple Crown video from 1983.....so at least there's an nostalgia factor there CM...
