Dave's got a few weights machines down there and works out for 3 or 4 hours a day (as per Bluesky's avi).......its tough, but I think the results speak for themselves.

looks like a focking peugeot 207 in the background. That is the Stillorgan cinema car pork and I claim my 5 free Girv t shirts.
