True. Lack of intensity for most of the game too.
But, and this doesn't completely excuse a pretty flat performance, Connacht got away with blue murder: repeated killing of the ball, bodies all over the deck, offside in the line almost every time, completely crooked throws. Can't blame them - the ref let them do it and they took advantage.
Sometimes you get the feeling a ref just has it in for a team. Weird thing is I didn't get that feeling about Trevor last night, but he chose to let a hell of a lot go unpunished (except his very harsh interpretation of the "holding on" rule)
