Not losing players to France

We all hear about the welsh and English loosing players to France, now I just read that charteris and brew from the dragons are going too. Ok, irish rugby has humphs and o'leary moving to English teams but it still remains remarkable that we hold the elite in Ireland. Given the ASM fans desire to sign jonny et al, it's a compliment to the IRFU and leinster mgt that we keep our players.

Exceptions being non irish players, that we should never have lost Nathan (a disgrace but mitigated by Joe getting him the ASM role) and ISA only getting a 1 year contract, we all know why , but loyalty needs to be rewarded and fleck the IRFU rules wrt ISA - his family is Irish and we should keep him to the end of hs career , which hopefully will be a long time
