You should have called ahead and let him know you were coming and you should have known about JS's impending marriage. Both amateur mistakesmikey wrote:Dam, was hoping we;d see him in NZ next week....!Dave Cahill wrote:Back to tidy up some loose ends and Jonny Sextons wedding
Hope the weather is good at least. Are you taking in any super rugby games?

Cue one enraged bride and, just like that Jenno's rugby mates get banned from setting foot over the threshold of the marital pileFlash Gordon wrote:Yeah, he was at Jenno's wedding too. Have you ever noticed how similar the words 'marital' and 'martial' are!

Funny story, at my expense.Xanthippe wrote:

When I was a kid, like 8 or 9, I joined a tae-kwon-do dojo in town, they made me fill out this form. One of the sections read MARITAL STATUS, but ofcourse I, being very eager and naive, read it as martial....
You only imagine the rupture of laughter from behind the desk when I handed it back to the man and I had written in that section 'BEGINNER'....

Probably 'adorable' wasn't what you were aiming for with your story but I can't help it - the fact that I'm a mammy automatically makes me thing 'the poor little thing'

Great memories, one of my favourite ever players and I miss him already too.
There's a great example of Cameron Jowitt's workrate in that video. Isa is about to sprint over in the corner and you can see Jowitt well inside his own half turning back to receieve the kick off, a lesson for every young player.

+1
The try against the tigers is one of my favorite of all time.

Yeah, it's a dream try - single handedly fending, skinning, and leaping over three defenders from the halfway line. Definition of a danger man.Fireworks wrote:+1

I remember being a few meters away from the sideline watching that. I literally couldn't believe my eyes. I had a Tigers fan sitting beside me and he was in shock.

Re: Thank you Isa
What clip are you referring to with Jowitt?
"Munster could join the French League, or an expanded English / British league."

What a complete legend.
Leinster can never repay you for just how much you gave to us both on and off the pitch.
I hope you stay around Dublin, because if I ever see you in a pub, drinks are on me
