As I say no photos were allowed, its very nice and think most people will like it. Personally think its one of the nicest yet (and id have a conservative point of view).

Some of the casual gear is already avaliable (Lovell Rugby), think the Leinster store has some if the casual gear for sale already as does sports shop in Stillorgan Shopping Centre. Believe the jerseys are embargoed until 26/7.

I've seen it too (well a picture of it). The swirly bits this year are what I call the blue magic swooshes. If you have one of the car stickers from last year's ST pack, you'll know what I mean.

The Blue Magic stuff (technically they were smoke whorls) was what the people here call the 'unicorn jizz', that identity element has now been retired What you're talking about is officially termed the club motif

Yeh, not sure I'm mad on the 'motif' stripes. If they were more faded and subtle it'd work.

I think it's nice, the unicorn jizz grew on us and there's a lot less in this design than previous years. I'd say it'll look excellent on the pitch & it's a decent blue for once. Have a feeling it'll be looked fondly upon in a few years.

Defeat snatched from victory once again in the bottom half of the jersey. First unicorn jizz, then the Harp on roids and now the stupid wavy lines. Why? Leave off the stupid wavy lines and you have a lovely jersey. Not one to please hipster design heads but a smart jersey that everyone would wear. I give up!
