anyway this is just a rumour at this point and even if true it's only 1 player..
Stop trying to dampen this down while I'm trying to stir it up into a full fledged panic :D

It's bad PR for Munster to go after kids not quite good enough to make the Leinster academy, but it's even worse PR when they go 'full Top 14' and poach 18 year olds from South African schools' competitions. So taking the likes of Clarke is definitely the lesser of two evils for them. And in some cases it will work out to the benefit of the national team down the line.

Or ya know, try a bit of national loyalty on for size.

No, no, not me. I was merely offering some nicer packaging for Mr. Nucifora's objective.
"Severe" [Sic] seemed a tad harsh.

"Losing" Tadgh McElroy and Eoghan Clarke is a blow depth wise especially as hooker is among the weaker areas in the system:

Leinster had 1 underage international hooker below u20 level:
Mark Nicholson(Wicklow RFC)

Notable players at u20 level next season:
Richie Bergin(UCD/St. Marys)
Declan Adamson(Clontarf)
Sean Molony(Blackrock)

Notable players at u18 level next season:
Ethan Baxter(St. Gerards)
