Mightn't be a great idea to ask players to retweet about something that would be seen as a criticism of one of their employer's partners.

Can at least ask them.

If they don't tweet, we might at least get some people talking about it/thinking about it. They have wives, girlfriends, sisters, daughters who might end up participating in any attempt to raise awareness in this way.

I don't think it's a good idea to ask them. They would be criticising their employers. If their wives/girlfriends/sisters want to pick it up fine, but I just don't think it's right to ask them to.

Well, being polite, asking nicely and writing letters hasn't worked.

I get why you. I feel this way, we know they're not going to say anything publicly, but I feel it's like asking a TD their view on a new policy from their leadership, you know and I know they'll avoid answering, or they'll agree with the policy, but it might start a private conversation, which has future public ramifications.

Splash a bit of pink on there...t'will be grand - seems to be the attitude. The new Irish supporters range it just men's and Boy's nothing for us....once again. You would think they would know by now that there is the demand for it....someone somewhere needs to wake up.

Just a quick update - got feedback from Lifestyle sports today they have stated that a women's fit home/away jerseys will be launched on Sept 27th. It's just the beginning and hopefully this will lead to a full range of women's sizes in both Leinster and Irish supporters gear soon!

I'm confused. They're launching the home and away jersey in women's fit?

It would appear from what Lifestyle said today that both the Leinster and Ireland home and away jerseys will be available in ladies fit - copy of twitter conversation below

So, they're launching something that's been available for months? It's just a deflection from the fact they're not doing anything new.

I took it to mean that there would be a women's fit in the new European jersey on October 1st - maybe I've been giving them too much credit and praise

Yeah, I wish we had that style instead of the jersey we have.

Exactly.

But Lifestyle have just said on twitter there's a European jersey and new supporters wear out Oct 1st so we'll see :-)

After the IRFU and CCC deemed us unworthy of an Ireland replica jersey, I'm beginning to worry about what CCC and LR are going to release next week.

It'll probably be a Euro patterned 'peach finish' polo shirt and something else pink.

I really hope they surprise me though.
