I agree with the sentiment but 'fulsome' means insincere. Pet hate of mine!

I stand condemned for querying the ability of so many of our younger players. I apologise to them and all on here for being the doubting Thomas.

I feared for our line out, our scrum and our maul defence . However we bossed all three areas, and were strong in every aspect.

What Leo and the boys have shown is that talent, skill and a team ethic will always beat a team of over paid under achievers.

Well done Leinster, I am sorry for doubting you.

Ps haven't enjoyed a game as much in a long time

Your fears were well founded
Bath's backs looked very dangerous and with a little more luck and possession we would have been in trouble.
I take it you'll be at our matches next season. :?
Mirror, Mirror on the Wall who's the greatest player of them all? It is Drico your majesty.

In fairness to Neilog the Concise Oxford goes with his definition and that's good enough for me.

Great display by the team, especially the kids whom I also doubted - mea culpa etc. Bit concerned still with the lack of penetration when in the oppo 22 though, could have been costly...as could Ben's moment of petulance near the end, he was lucky to avoid yellow.

In that context a 'fulsome' apology would be excessive and insincere.

It can mean it but doesn't exclusively mean it..
