Toulon also qualified btw, 2 teams from a group with an Italian team in it. Some things never change.
I thought, at ht, that Scarlets would run away with it.

Toulon dogged it out too.
Based on that performance I'd consider them the biggest French threat.
Clerment and Racing would be roughly equal imo.

Stand over what I said about Exeter , Saracens however are another matter altogether will never forget having to listen to someone called Tiny Tempa at half time in Wembley !. If I never come across them again it will be too soon !.
Nice one Racing 92 !.

Not really.
Think a draw would have had Ulster qualified

Saracens looking very likely now. Ulster capitulating in Coventry.

Aye Saracens is scant reward for that qualifying campaign, rather harsh if it pans out.

Have to beat what’s there. Negative thinking and cowardly management have cost us in the past. We have far and away the greatest squad around and, if we get our selection right we can have no fears. Saracens have been easy meat for us in recent times.

Can't see anything else than us being "rewarded" for winning all our games with the opportunity to take on the most disliked organisation in European rugby.

Pity it isn't next week though. I'd like that.

Not at all; we get a prime chance to play and beat the EPRC standard bearers at home- well the Aviva. I embrace that.

Switched off Wasps vs Ulster after the former got their fourth try. Ulster were abysmal. Much as I would have liked Sarries not to make the knock-out stages, a home quarter final against them would be the perfect opportunity for Leinster to give them a good hiding and show them who the true kings of European rugby are.

sure; but unlikely. I'd be v surprised if La Rochelle win in Thomond esp if they show the form of their last few outings including today v Quins.

Leinster
Clermont
Scarlets/Munster
Munster/Scarlets
La Rochelle
Toulon
Racing
Saracens
If Munster get TBP then they swap places with Scarlets which would suit Leinster and Munster.
46mins gone Munster have 2T.

am I correct in saying Munster win with a bonus, they;ll overtake Scarlets and be third seeds? So it could be Sarries, then Scarlets? Edit: dunno who I'd prefer Munster or Scarlets
