Game management?
Obviously Europe isn't the place to rest players. But the team wasn't weak last week.
We've got a busy Xmas and January schedule.
But yeah it doesn't make sense to me. Only thing I can think of

Nagle is the strangest one for me. Did really well when he came in to start unexpectedly, and then dropped.

What a disappointing result - too many changes from last week

Richmond beat Nottingham 20-12 this afternoon; no losing BP for Nottingham means both sides remain on 10 points ahead of the Nottingham – Leinster match next month (Leinster currently second place in the pool with more favourable points difference).

Serious under-performance comparing Scarlets teams after a week. Any match report or do we just blame the Coach?

Leinter's final home A match directly clashes with the seniors game away to Castres. That makes sense!

been the same for tbe last 3 seasons. Since the chumps cup came in the home a fixtures have been the same weekends as the away euro fixtures.
Between that and the welsh premiership clubs being replaced by regional a sides. This comp. Its a loda mebollix.
Did I mention the general decline in the English championship clubs also?
They are going to shake it up next season believe. Prem clubs partnering with championship clubs etc.

Yep, I'm not sure what the purpose of it is other than to stress the club's playing infrastructure. I remember in 2012-13 we played Exeter at home in the first round of the HEC in the RDS and I then barrelled over to Donnybrook to watch the 'A' team in their first game of the B&I Cup in Donnybrook. One of the bigger crowds the 'A' team has had if I recall correctly.

I'd looked it up yesterday on the IRFU site and it said Saturday @2pm but that's changed to Friday now too. Annoying, was planning to go to it.
