have a look at it, things didn't go to well for Strauss
Cronin is better player full stop, proven over the last couple of seasons
Down to a mixture of Strauss being nowhere near as good as he was and Cronin playing well, try give the guy some credit
Haha I'm well aware of your bias on this particular subject
Does Strauss own a pub?

I'Ll believe it when I see it!

My current ticker has him at 16 starts from our last 97 competitive matches, dating back to the start of the 2013-14 season - just past the 1 in 6 mark.

Ouch. Unfortunately that's an injury that could have implications for his pace down the line. Hopefully he comes back ok.

McFad out. Dave K injured. We will be forced to play our youngfellahs in Europe. ROL to come on in leaps and bounds.....

Or get an injury joker.

Can we have one with power and pace and an eye for a gap please uncle Dave.

An injury joker would really be a joke.

We will probably go with the old guys: RK, ZK and Isa.

RK, ZK and Isa would be the right call for me.
ROL looked good against Cardiff but a bit out of it against Munster, would bench him instead of Reid for versatility sake.

Probably the safest.

I'm sure there are a bjillion young wingers in the NPC that would fit the bill. One of them next season to replace Zane will have to do.

We are really thin with Luke retiring, MaFad out for the season and Adam Byrne not showing any signs of getting gametime.

He was a young inexperienced centre playing on the wing. Sure he looked a bit out of it in a game like that. He really has the makins though.

Byrne is injured as well isn't he? Think he did something in training before the Cardiff game.
We could alternatively go with Reid, Henshaw and Ringer as a winger () but that'd be too much shuffling around I think.

Oh I agree, he looks like a real find, just don't think sticking him in against Smith/Agulla or Nadolo/Fall/whoever Mont pick would do him much good at this stage. Might not have a choice albeit.

Zane is a very good full-back. Thus far however he has never convinced me on the wing. If Dave's not back, I'd rather have Ringer on the wing with Henshaw and Reid in the centre or alternatively the 12, 13, 14 from last weekend. RO'L did okay and can only improve.
