is the catchiest of catch 22s

our 10 12 13 from the weekend was red hot and will only get better and I'd say the coaches will be loather to break them up

I reckon we go underage rules and just ask for 14 v 14 or if we can borrow one of their players

Season over. Dreadful news for him. Hopefully he makes a strong recovery and comes back as good as new next season.
Look out Itchy, he's Irish

Shocking news but hopefully with the back row stock we have we'll be alright! Still have Heaslip, O'Brien, Ruddock, Conan, Leavy, van der Flier, Ryan

Terrible news. Still, he scored the opening try in Ireland's first ever victory v NZ. That's something to be eternally proud of!!!!

He looked in excruciating pain in the direct aftermath, I figured that was it once I saw the incident on the replay. Poor fella.

As SOK says, if it's going to happen to you, there's no better time for it to happen than in beating the All Blacks for the first time.

Feel for Jordi but it is an area we are well stocked in. Dominic Ryan might even get a game!

Tough for him, underrated player who's useful for Ireland and Leinster

Takes a big performance to prove a lot of doubters wrong.

Takes an even bigger one to do it in 30 minutes!

I feel bad for the chap. He was coming back into the swing of things nicely. And has a very useful habit of playing amazing in the big games
He's gotten awfully fond of that brick

Shite, Paul O'Connell kind of job? Of course you would prefer him to be playing matches but this might give him more or less 8/9 months of bulking in order to play senior rugby next year. Always look on the bright side!

Thought the same myself, well he can do his upper body Stuart Olding style
Havent seen it from an official account, meant to have happened in training

Sexton could be given a few months off:

Leinster press conference today.

Would be a disaster if true. It was a risk signing him with his injury profile. A risk that was compounded by losing Madigan.
Sure, Carbery has looked great but we are now potentially going into 4 Heineken Cup games heavily dependent on a 21 year old at out half. Marsh is injured and Byrne, while having looked ok, is clearly not ready for European action.
