Could be wrong, but I think the range is 2 to 9 weeks or something (read it earlier but can't recall exact timeline), so 4 weeks would put him in mid-range with maybe a week knocked off for decent track record (does he have previous citings?)

It's just nice to see a player cited after a Leinster / Munster Pro12 match. Many a time as bad if not worse has gone unpunished from an interpro the week before Europe.
