Yep, in a league with 6 and a bit British teams its nice to run out to a song about Britannia's Huns with their long range guns.

I like the song, but there is such a thing as making appropriate choices.

Ah go away with the PC BS, there's not a national anthem out there that does not make reference to some sort of victory or getting one over a traditional enemy.
If you play that game, it descends into farce at a rapid pace, for example welcome to the Jungle (great song) celebrates addiction to all the worlds favourite vices, "if you got the money honey we got your disease", hardly an appropriate choice for a family atmosphere if you want to go all PC. AC/DC another Leinster favourite purveyors of the most sexist and misogynist lyrics around (I'm a big fan by the way), although "let me cut your cake with my knife" is a little unsettling.

In any case, I don't think we'll get complaints for a historical reference or two from the Welsh and Scots who "sent Edwards army home to think again"
