Sluggish is the word I reckon best describes his most recent performance vs the Ospreys.Dave Cahill wrote:Its been a tough year for Rodney, he's had a tiring season what with him having to show all the lads up there what a winners medal looks likeLeRouxIsPHat wrote:Famous last words but really we should be looking to hammer them. Their pack is very poor and I suspect they have a few guys carrying injuries. If our pack bring intensity and our halfbacks put pace on the game then we should destroy them.
We need to look for Ah You after a few phases and run at his channel, could see a couple of inside balls exposing him as he hides behind a ruck or crawls back into the line.
Like I said during the week, if we have one eye of the final and/or Ulster really raise their game for Pienaar and Wilson then it'll be tricky but I'm hopeful that wont be the case.

Be interested to see how Tracy performs, has had an up and down season.
McCall should get joy out of Porter, we shall see.

I'm reluctant to criticise players but Tracey has been poor in the second half of the season.mildlyinterested wrote:Be interested to see how Tracy performs, has had an up and down season.

Match Preview
Well wasn't that an odd game?
Leinster got off to a flyer against Glasgow last week and looked to have the win in the bag. However the strong Glasgow bench inspired a fightback and Glasgow took the lead with ten minutes to go. Leinster steadied the ship and Joey Carbery came on to kick a penalty to put Leinster ahead and then as they defended frantically in the last two minutes...the lights went out! For the first time ever in a Leinster home game in the professional era (it happened away to Dragons years ago) the power failed and we had to wait a nervy twenty minutes before they got the lights back working.

McGrath's passing hasn't been great. Carbery has had to jump to take some of them at chest level.

That left to right pass from Triggs!!!
Re: Ulster v Leinster Saturday 5.15
Ulster's scrum has been surprisingly good. Their lineout is woeful though

Ulster crowd calling virtually every Leinster pass forward

Yep. It's a depressing constant with him. Does lots of lovely things, but his passing is just substandard.Laighin Break wrote:McGrath's passing hasn't been great. Carbery has had to jump to take some of them at chest level.

My God this is a bad game.
Our halfbacks have been very poor. Luke Mc having one of his bad passing days.
Triggs having a good game though.
