The fact that he was on the next flight out must mean it wasn't serious anyway...but what a clusterfuck of a week.
It is policy that all laptops handbags etc are stowed in seat pockets or under seat for take off and landing so that in the event of a crash they don't go flying around like missiles, window blinds are opened so a rescuer can see in if anyone is in a section and at night lights are dimmed to get passengers eyes used to dark and enhance their vision for a possible escape.
Some people may not want to think about that all when they are flying but those are the reasons behind what seems like silly requests.
I see somebody else pays attention to the safety blurb pre flight.
I've been meaning to write to the safety authorities re the oxygen mask directive.
An adult human being can survive comfortably and remain conscious for at least a minute without a breath.
I'm not so sure a young child could survive that long.
The logic currently being applied seems quite logical but it is always good to question these things.
Depressurisation is different. People can pass out within seconds.

Anyone else can pass out but still be breathing for a while. You can't help them if you've passed out too.

Anyway this all irrelevant because Healy volunteered.

Cheetahs and Kings are both playing at home in first week of December against Scarlets and Embra. In any case you get the point, I'm sure end of November is hot too!

This is fine!
A group within Eastern Province Rugby’s structures has implored fans to stay away to put pressure on Saru’s illegal control of the franchise.

Three heavy losses in their first three Pro14 games, depressing attendance figures and now a revolt within its structures.

It can’t get worse for the embattled Kings at the moment.

According to HeraldLive, a prominent group within the Eastern Province Rugby Union’s (EPRU) constituency called the Rugby Transformation Coalition (RTC) have strongly encouraged fans and clubs to boycott the franchise.

It’s yet another chapter in the power struggle for control of the union.

“The call to our clubs and the greater Eastern Cape community to boycott the Southern Kings matches was considered as the last option,” Qondakele Sompondo, spokesperson for the RTC, said.

“However, we found ourselves without an option because a democratically elected executive is now being undermined and not allowed to run its affairs. We cannot allow that in our rugby.”

This group supporting the boycott wouldn't happen to be ANZ supporters would they?

Luke McGrath (arm) and Fergus McFadden (hamstring) were not considered for selection and as a result have flown home to Dublin to begin preparations for the Edinburgh game next week. Both are expected to be available for selection for that game.

In addition James Ryan (foot) was not considered for selection but as he has been ruled out of next week’s game he has not flown home to Dublin with McGrath and McFadden. Caelan Doris has joined the squad in Cape Town as cover.

Or being rested a bit given he's played the full 80 in the first 3?

A Byrne and Larmour disappearing from the 23 altogether is far weirder.

Isa to back three when Rol comes on?

Of course he did miss 7 tackles last week so either is possible.

Maybe the altitude is affecting some more than others? I'd have liked to have seen Larmour have a cut off these guys. Their defensive line is utterly shambolic and he's exactly the guy who could be cutting them open. Well him and Joey.....
