Ruddock's tackle stats consistently too low for me to be taken seriously as a Six Nations blindside..... Ruddock's defensive stats don't stack up. - All Blacks Nil, Jan 15th, 2014

Leo's losing the dressing-room.

Admittedly it’s still early days, but I’d venture that in Fardy and Lowe we seem to have the best NIQ pair of new signings in a long time. Real quality and real leadership from both of them.

Yeah, I’m sure you’ve a theory on it. You’re a big fan of the data, so how cr@p were we on those metrics on the “missed tackles”?paddyor wrote:The statzi would like a wordblockhead wrote:7 pens conceded, 18 missed tackles!Dave Cahill wrote:There was almost nothing to complain about today, it was a really really professional performance.

Did we not leave Lowe out of our Euro squad for this section so he won't be playing till January!?!CiaranIrl wrote:Do both Lowe and Ringrose start against Exeter now? Seems to me they should.

Might depend on when the likes of Carbery or Barry Daly are due back from injury. Otherwise someone like Cathal Marsh might be expendable. A player de-registered can be re-registered later on.artaneboy wrote:So who do we leave out?cormac wrote:He can be added before Tuesday as long as we take out another playerlocho wrote: Did we not leave Lowe out of our Euro squad for this section so he won't be playing till January!?!

edit: think we could remove one of the front rows. Need a minimum of 10 front rows in the squad but we have 11 currently (4 LHPs, 3 THPs and 4 hookers) so think we could take out the likes of Bryan Byrne or one Ed Byrne or Peter Dooley.

The song is called Low...and about 50% of the lyrics are the word 'low'. Ain't a whole lot of lovin in there, despite the word appearing a couple of times.blockhead wrote:Poet Laureate stuff right there.curates_egg wrote:
Any REM fans on here? They wrote the anthem.
Lowe, Lowe, Lowe,

I skipped the part about love
It seems so silly and Lowe.
Lowe, Lowe, Lowe
Lowe, Lowe, Lowe
So basically, any song ever created with the word "love" in it is up for grabs?

The chorus, though, would be a decent chanthem:
Lowe, Lowe, Lowe,
Lowe, Lowe, Lowe

Jaysis that's depressing stuff. Something more cheerful perhaps?

More like I suppose. With a brass section in the crowd, could be fun.johng wrote:Jaysis that's depressing stuff. Something more cheerful perhaps?

Might alienate the other players though.
You know I'm going to lose,
And gambling's for fools,
But that's the way I like it baby, I don't want to live FOREVER!

Lads, Lowe was brilliant but Fardy was magnificent. He was mom by a street.
Re: Treviso v Leinster Sat 3.30 TG4
The move that Fardy instigated in the last 10/15 minutes, where he took the ball, disguised a pass inside and did a one handed pass outside was pure class.
His handling and movement is fantastic.

I'm with you there: Lowe made some howlers early in the game but really grew into it, not just the meat pies but worked really hard.the spoofer wrote:Lads, Lowe was brilliant but Fardy was magnificent. He was mom by a street.
Fardy on the other hand just gets better every time I see him. What a pair of players. It really is a long time since we've had a pair of foreign signings of that calibre.

Didn't get to see the game because of work. Did Abdaladze get on? If so how did he play?

Fardy definitely and obviously Lowe is in "one swallow etc" just now.artaneboy wrote:Admittedly it’s still early days, but I’d venture that in Fardy and Lowe we seem to have the best NIQ pair of new signings in a long time. Real quality and real leadership from both of them.

However does the fact that Leinster have got their mojo back make it easier to recruit a better quality of NIQ?
