The Babbling Brook Dream Team

I'm sure I'd make that team ahead of most of that 15.

Let's do a 1-15 of worst contributors to this forum. Hopefully I get to be a back.

I would love to see this

I suppose a "best" version could be possible. I'm picturing a front row of Peg Leg (would be great for some old school sledging in the scrums), Dave Cahill (there for leadership more than all round play), and RoboProp (because of his name). Cormac is my French style nine, the brains of the operation. Oldschool would be my eight, not sure if he'd offer anything around the pitch but my God he'd push like a maniac at scrum time. I would have had you pegged as a hardworking centre, but your desire to be a back makes me think you'd be a selfish/flashy fullback. Hugo as a Martin Johnson type figure. Simon would be our Zebo, he brings the X factor.

Johng and Grumpy Old Man as joint team managers.

I tried to play hooker a couple of times - I did not like it (nor was I any good at it!)

Shifted back one number down as soon as I could!

I think Ronk is still a card carrying member of thr FRU stick him in instead; besides I'm strong but getting Oldschool airborn? I'm not sure I'm able for that! Only codding OS

Dave Cahill is your IC. Crash ball a la Kevin Maggs! He'd probably impale a few on that hair too! Not that for I'm jealous

I think Mildlyinterested can be our coach. We'll all get cut at the end of the season for the kids.

It was flankers (Munster open sides to be specific).
Heaslip is, after all, the quintessential No 8.

Right, if it's a physical embodiment of our contribution on here, I reckon I'd be Harinordoquy's Dad.

Management:
RTB: Coach- Analysis is A+
Ronk: DIR - Attention to detail
JohnG: Defence Coach- Always first to defend contributors & players alike
Logo: Attack Coach- As above (kinda)
Xan: Skills Coach- There's a stat for that
433: Scrum Coach- A patient operator and deep thinker
DC: Marketing Manager- Photoshopping the Leinster Gestalt
GOM: CEO- Back in his day...

Front Row:
1: Robo- Prop
2: Dropkick- had to be a munsterman
3: Oldschoolsocks: Gout

Row:
4: Domhnall: Enforcer
5: SOK: Tireless effort

Back Row:
6: DB: Finger pointing/angry face
7: CiaranIRL: Methodical, quietly goes about his work
8: Leinsterforlife: Fancies himself as a winger (goes missing frequently)

Halfbacks:
9: Cormac- As per LRIP
10: Hugo- Master puppeteer

Centre:
12: Logo- bosh bosh
13: Raydollard- sidestepping reality like a boss

Wing:
11: TJ: Team film buff, brings X-Factor
14: Jezzer: Catches bombs, boots it straight back (no fuss)

Fullback:
15: LRIP: keeping sh!t clean back there

Mascot:
Blockhead: Also runs a stall selling used pens at the corner of herbert rd.

Dropped:
Oldschool: Spends more time in front of the mirror than training
Paddyor & Artaneboy: Fighting at training
Currates: Arguing with the coaches
Suisse: Verbally abused the coaches at 4am at the 2013 christmas party
Munster#1, AB0: refusing to play and trying to take the ball home with them
Mauler: just stopped showing up to training!
Mildy: arrested for kidnapping another player and attempting to imitate them
Limecat: Gave up playing to become a ref (known to leave with the ball mid match)
