Rested. Obviously rushed back for Sarries and now going to be careful with him and not over burden his hamstring.

Match Preview

Leinster did the business against Saracens and are in the Champions Cup semi-final in two weeks time.

The minute you saw them open Saracens up so easily for the first try, you had the feeling this was going to be a good day. Saracens are still a good team but they're not what they were, especially in defence, but Leinster took advantage ruthlessly in a knock-out fifteen minutes after half-time. They were possibly guilty of trying to see the game out too early leading to a nervier last ten minutes that was necessary however it was a great performance and a great win.

Ruddock injured, adding to all the other injuries there. The cupboard is essentially bare.
An injury to Leavy and our season is in big trouble: is there an argument for late withdrawal?

Woah- that sounds a bit panicky. Is Ruddock’s injury a relapse or a different season one?

That depends on where you check for his height. Martin Bayfield captained Saints and he’s listed as 2.08 (6’10”) as is Dev which would make them joint tallest. However my niece asked Dev once exactly how tall he was and he said he was 6ft 10 AND three quarters (2.10)

That little tidbit always stayed with me because I have a sister who is 5 foot and half an inch and all her life that half inch was hugely important to her so it sounded funny to hear someone so tall stressing their three quarter of an inch as if it was really important too!

While the rest of us know your opinions have nothing to offer.

Our banch front row has comprehensively outplayed our staring one.

Vakh has been excellent, fair play.
