Shingler will be at 6. He's another cracking player and a guy we struggled with last year. Would've liked a fit Rhys for this to put some manners on him.

Looking at their possible side, there's very little to choose from. We definitely have a better bench and probably more top level quality in our first 15, but not by much and they're a very cohesive dangerous attacking side.

Evans, Owens, Lee, Bulbring/Ball, Beirne, Shingler, Davies, Barclay, Davies, Patchell, Evans, Parkes, Williams, Nicholas, 1/2P

They could also put 1/2P on the wing and start Dan Jones. I believe Ball is close enough to being back.

It looks like it. But that's because there's feck all work gone into creating the story.

AFAIK the cheapest tickets in the Aviva are €12.50 compared to €15 in SCD. That's because we have restricted view areas whereas the SCD doesn't. The most expensive tickets in the Aviva are €90 compared to €55 in SCD. That might look like a massive difference. But then you have to think about the seats you're getting for those prices and the facilities etc. Anyone who was in SCD in 2012 will know they don't have anything approaching a premium level set-up. So the €55 seat in SCD is in no way comparable to the €90 seat in the Aviva.

To know if we are being fleeced you'd need to start looking at comparable seats in both stadium and what the costs of those are. Comparing like with like is the only way to do this, and you can be sure the IT folks didn't bother with that.

Like with every game the bench will be important. The bigger the game the more you rely on the bench. We could potentially have a bench of internationals all bringing serious impact. Their starting front row is good but I am not sure about their subs while I know that we could start and of the six guys who will be in the squad and be happy.

In case it is not obvious enough I am feeling cautiously confident.

On paper this is ours, though it is tight in some positions. Now we have to make it ours on the green stuff.

Very good point point raised about the stadium in Lyon last year.
It was literally falling down and no facilities.
Its does raise the issue of the financial value of a semi final in Dublin. I wonder what the revenue of Saracens V LLanelli in the Ricoh would have been
