I for one will not be supporting Adidas & I urge all supporters to do likewise. In addition, I suggest emailing Leinster HQ appropriately.
If we were to go down that particlar road we would have to question every potential sponsors credibility and ethics, none would pass.

I haven't seen it or anything, but here's a spoiler:

Everybody here will hate it and it will be the best selling jersey in years.

Reckon they'll go for 3 x jerseys or just the home and away for season 1?

I like to imagine the designer finishing of his drawings with our three stars lined up with their three strips when someone rings him to tell him he needs to add a fourth star.

Eh, it’s not the third star that was missing.

On closer inspection, these are loafers!

From the press release on May 1st on Leinster site -
"The new Leinster Rugby adidas training kit will be available to pre-order from mid-June from Leinster Rugby’s Official Retail Partner, Life Style Sports and the new home and alternate jersey will be launched in July."

Harlequins have a deal with NZ that NZ players can play abroad with Harlequins but still be in contention for international availability, with the notion that the selected clubs play in such a way that is beneficial to NZ players development.

The Adidas deal may be the first step towards Leinster being one of those clubs.

Excellent, thanks. Too late for the Australian tour unfortunately!

Should the 4th star be a different colour, have a halo...anything to mark it out as a double winning year?
Just makes it that bit more difficult for any rivals to replicate also! :D

I wonder did Adidas pay some sort of rights so they solely got the 4th star on their shirt.

Leinster didn't have a 4 star Jersey for the Semis or the Finals of the Pro14. We added the 3rd star to the Jerseys for the Ospreys game in 2012.

But if I were negotiating a jersey deal with a top team that may be in with a chance of winning Europe, that would be a good sales tool for releasing the new kit
He's gotten awfully fond of that brick

Not bad, but I'd rather see some gold on there

It seems my previous upload attempt didn't work ... apologies for that, here's the picture I meant to upload. My concept of the new Adidas jersey:
