Adidas are subject to boycott by the BDS campaign which targets companies that support Israeli subjugation of the Palestinian people.
I for one will not be supporting Adidas & I urge all supporters to do likewise. In addition, I suggest emailing Leinster HQ appropriately.

If we were to go down that particlar road we would have to question every potential sponsors credibility and ethics, none would pass.

"The new Leinster Rugby adidas training kit will be available to pre-order from mid-June from Leinster Rugby’s Official Retail Partner, Life Style Sports and the new home and alternate jersey will be launched in July."

I can't understand this sentence.

Harlequins have a deal with NZ that NZ players can play abroad with Harlequins but still be in contention for international availability, with the notion that the selected clubs play in such a way that is beneficial to NZ players development.

The Adidas deal may be the first step towards Leinster being one of those clubs.

Should the 4th star be a different colour, have a halo...anything to mark it out as a double winning year?
Just makes it that bit more difficult for any rivals to replicate also!

I wonder did Adidas pay some sort of rights so they solely got the 4th star on their shirt.

Leinster didn't have a 4 star Jersey for the Semis or the Finals of the Pro14. We added the 3rd star to the Jerseys for the Ospreys game in 2012.

But if I were negotiating a jersey deal with a top team that may be in with a chance of winning Europe, that would be a good sales tool for releasing the new kit
