Re: Leinster v Munster 2018 Pro14 S/F 19th May RDS
On Saturday afternoon, Stuart Berry (SARU) will create a small piece of history as he becomes the first South African official to referee a knock-out game in the Guinness PRO14 after his appointment to the Leinster Rugby v Munster Rugby Semi-Final. Berry will be assisted by Ben Whitehouse (WRU) and Craig Evans (WRU) with Neil Paterson (SRU) serving as the Television Match Official.

Odd that Pro14 selected a SA ref for this game. Surely his neutrality is open to question, no?
You know I'm going to lose,
And gambling's for fools,
But that's the way I like it baby, I don't want to live FOREVER!

I thought Parker was fairly poor against Edinburgh. When Munster did get scrum calls in their favour I thought they were a little bit lucky, but the main thing about him was that he didn't look very fit to me.wixfjord wrote:Seems like Munster might have a bit of a TH crisis brewing for the weekend. https://www.independent.ie/sport/rugby/ ... 07919.html

Yeah, that's one of them but there's a few about teams making complaints about his performance.enby wrote:You mean this report??LeinsterLeader wrote:I don't know the guy from a hole in the ground but a quick google search on News items does not bode well

Re: Leinster v Munster 2018 Pro14 S/F 19th May RDS
I'd be very happy with McGrath/Isa fit tbh. If Sexton is out, it will take a ballsy call from Leo to start Byrne. The class for Carbery to move would massively intensify.
I do think we should freshen up the pack though. Jack M, Ruddock and Conan in for me, as well as Lowe, just to inject some more energy.
I think Fardy might drop out.

I suppose Munster will start Parker at tighthead and have Loughman benching if Ryan and Scott are unavailable
