2015/2016 season we had Bath, Wasps and Toulon in our group. The back to back games were against Toulon.

Might as well book Toulouse as well while you're at it Footrush
Toulouse is a geat area for accommodation options might consider Carcassone, be charming in December also the Airport is handy !. We would probably be playing them in the Municipal again be nice to get them in their own ground for a change ?.

Any idea when the "weekends of" games came out last year. I notice we booked for Exeter and Glasgow last August but I'm not sure if that was the full fixture list or just "weekends of"

Rounds 1-4 with full kick off times, dates etc would have come out in August. Rounds 5 & 6 would be "weekends of", they are confirmed after Round 4.

Ah. I thought they did a weekends of for all 6 fixtures before they tied them down. Fair enough.

Hopefully will make away game in Bath or Toulouse. Booked hotels in Bath for Fri/Sat nights in Bath for 2nd and 3rd weekend in October, and first weekend in Dec. Same weekends except Sat/Sun nights for Toulouse. Taking a punt one of those will come through (true!). Expect Bath to be Fri night or Sat; and Toulouse could be a Sunday. Bath accommodation expensive as usual; had forgotten how reasonable 'centre de ville' accommodation is in La Ville Rose. Non interested in Coventry.

Another good tip is book all your nights separately when you don't know the fixtures. A bit more hassle but you can cancel whatever nights you don't want without losing the ones you want to keep

Leo in an Elite club of one

Leo Cullen captained the province to their first three European Cup victories, before retiring in 2014 to become forwards coach. He took over as head coach in 2015 and remains the only person to have won the European Cup as a player and a coach.

Top 14 fixtures announced today, English Premiership tomorrow. So, if Pro 14 stick to their word and announce their fixtures by mid-July, we should hear from European Rugby around two weeks after that (end July/ beginning August) re. fixture dates for Europe...

There'll be no return to the RDS for Gopps unfortunately - https://www.rugbypass.com/news/exclusiv ... y-revealed

Tough break for him, will be hard at 35 to come back from an ACL.

They have a bit of a crisis at Outhalf with Gopps out and Danny Cipriani who slept with a man gone to Glaws/prison. Kyle Eastmond has gone to Tigers too.

Enter Liam Sopoaga, albeit not for another week or so

Sopoaga said to be making his debut for Wasps this weekend. If we were under any illusions about them, a side with Robson/Simpson, Sopoaga, Wade, De Jongh, Daly, Watson, Le Roux should wake us up quickly enough! They've re-signed Nizaam Carr too who's a cracking footballer.

Good Backs but they have a pack full of flat track bullies; get stuck into them in the tight and they'll fold faster than Superman on laundry day.

That's on top of Nizam Carr, Youngs and Willis(who is supposedly very good), an entire back row and replacement. They took off Hughes yesterday as a replacement.
Ruddock's tackle stats consistently too low for me to be taken seriously as a Six Nations blindside..... Ruddock's defensive stats don't stack up. - All Blacks Nil, Jan 15th, 2014

Brad Shields will undergo surgery on Wednesday and be out for three to five weeks with a fractured cheekbone. He will therefore be available for Wasps’ first two Champions Cup matches next month as well as England’s autumn campaign after It was initially feared he could be out for up to eight weeks.
