Yeah- they're not easy to love! Sneery and cynically well-practiced in the 'dark arts.' But they are very good too- while Glasgow are naive and over emotional in contrast.

But I'd love it- LOVE it, if we [ultimately] beat them to win a fifth trophy!

Didn’t like the way itoge billy and Farrell rubbed Glasgow’s noses at end of 1st half laughing at them. It shows a lack of class

Stunning performance from Dupont at the weekend. Switched to 10 in the second half.

Let's hope Toulouse are not on this form in January.

Bestpart of that clip from a Leinster perspective was the Perpignan maul work against that Toulouse.

But Dupont looks scary at either 9 or 10. He has real pace and is electric in open field.

Dupont is overrated. If you're French and have a step/can pass the ball, people will wax lyrical. You also have to remember that Perpignan are by far the worst team in the Top 14.

After an injury like his, you never know if the pace will still be there. If anything, he looks faster.
I wasn't paying that much attention to him when he came on against us, but he was at the centre of everything in the game this weekend.

I'd say they will fancy taking a shot at us in January. I know a good few Toulouse fans and they're still bitter about losing the semi-final in Landsdowne Road in 2011. They think they wuz robbed. They're not as bitter as about the 2008 final though. That said, they did a pretty good impression of imitating Munster's performance that day in the last two minutes against us.

A lot will be determined by the double-headers, as always. Toulouse play Clermont just before Christman and Agen - A the week before us followed by Grenoble immediately after Bath in the week leading into 6N. If they do well in the double-header against Wasps, their home game against Clermont will be a table-thumper and Agen and Grenoble games will be parked.

OTOH, if things don't go well against Wasps, all those Top14 fixtures will have added pressure and Les Toulasaines will want points, not just good performances against reigning Champions. Here's hoping.......

Raynal and Gauzere named as refs for the away and home games against Bath.

Raynal has reffed us twice, both times to heavy defeats against Wasps in Leo's first season.

On the other hand, Gauzere has reffed us seven times and we've won all of the game including a 25-11 win at home to Bath in January 2016.

Bath match sold out 3 hours after going on general sale. Fella in ticket office said Leinster fans have tickets all over the ground aswell as the section given to olsc. Going to be a cracker!!

Seán O’Brien underwent a surgical procedure for a forearm injury sustained in Ireland’s Guinness Series match against Argentina. He will be out for eight to 12 weeks.

Robbie Henshaw is undergoing a period of rehabilitation for a hamstring strain. He will be out for a period of four to six weeks.

Well, balls!

SOB was expected but RH out for the back to back with Bath is a big blow :(

RH out certainly is a blow alright; what are the centre partnership options, or rather a. who play with Ringer, and dependent on 'who' - does Ringer move to 12?

Hopefully Ringrose doesn't pick up and injury. could we see a Ringrose/Larmour centre partnership?

12. O'Loughlin, 13. Ringrose
12. Reid, 13. Ringrose
12. Daly, 13. Ringrose
12. Conor O'Brien, 13. Ringrose
12. Frawley, 13. Ringrose

Daly and COB not in Euro squad atm. Andy Dunne suggested Larmour at 12. Don't know how realistic that is.

Hopefully ROL will be good to go

Why is it Leinster always end up with serious injuries from Ireland internationals but none of the other provinces get any?!! Knew it would happen! Sob is a bonus to have available at any stage in the season given his injury record but no henshaw or potentially leavy is a nightmare. With ferg, daly and tomane all out long term I bet leo is wishing the Leinster lads were all due back this week before anyone else gets injured!

sadly because we supply most players to the national team we are more likely to suffer because of injuries. Munster meanwhile have Murray back, rested & fresh!!
