But the law says the ball carrier must release, get up and move away from the ball.

Barry allowing the whole Scarlets pack to lazily run through our nine ten channel as we're playing. Ridiculous

They keep scoring off our exits from restarts so it's a great idea.

Thank god we managed to overcome that huge Scarlets advantage eh!

Conan, Ryan, Toner, RK my pick of the bunch. Would've had Conan MOTM.

Sexton was his usual self. Both our halfbacks weren't fit, but both comfortably outplayed their opposite numbers.

ROL had an excellent impact when he came in. Lovely footwork.

What a season.

Great all round performance. Magnificent!
Toner and Ryan immense- literally and metaphorically. Luke McGrath immense- just the latter.

There’s enough in that match to keep this forum humming throughout the summer. Once again- fantastic.

No doubt. The evidence in trophies and performance is clear.

Maybe not the unbridled euphoria & redemption of 2009, or the thrill of 2011, but we’re in a new space now: uncontested Top Dog in Europe- possibly the World...

Sensational performance from all the lads today. I was really worried going into that one – we've come up short in these situations twice before, the Scarlets looked amazing against Glasgow in the semi-final, and they had the added incentive of trying to revenge themselves on us for the semi-final defeat.

They showed at times in the game why they were worthy champions, but we dominated the game for so long and put in an incredibly assured performance to take the title from them. No hint of nerves and very little hint of fatigue from us, just a big stage performance from the best team in Europe.

Amazing season and congratulations to all involved. Enjoy it!
