Hasn't really made an impression on me. He obviously is tactically astute in a pivotal role (although they played more through Gilsenan and to a lesser extent Cosgrave) on a team like that, but a bit lacking in presence and thrust, kicking is very tentative. He is young and may well push on.

I note you left out Zaga's Coolican, who you highlighted several times. I tend to agree. In an era of giants and exceptional athletes in the Row, he may not be special enough.

In the same category, I rate Fish in the Michael's second-row, An old fashioned furniture shifter who gets through mountains of work and has real Henderson-like strength. Tall-ish at 6'3" or so but probably lacking a bit in height to progress. I spoke to him on Sunday about his injury and he had been carrying a shoulder injury but played on.

Fish is too short for a modern pro lock, same with Coolican.

Cosgrave living off his reputation imo
Good player but nothing special
Guinane and kelly had good cup campaigns but dont see them progressing

Agree Hickey and Barron are excellent. Not sure if they are as good as the 3 listed

Saw Reynolds was named at 13.

Interested to see if Gilheany stays with Leinster going forward and what Leinster do with Reynolds.

hopefully that team emerges online.

I'd have had Hernan at 7.
