Southern Kings Vs Leinster Nov 4th

Post by Serb »

Assuming we go on and win this, it will open a nice 9 point gap over Ulster which is excellent at this stage of the season. I’d strongly fancy us winning the next 3 games too (Ospreys home, Dragons away, Connacht home). Will be interesting to see where we stand come December.

Ridiculous offload from Deegan there. Another intercept try for Kings.

That was Deegan.

If we keep making stupid errors this game is nowhere near over.

And Deegan gets shepard's crook straight away.

Leo Cullen, stern, stern but fair.

Good shout here. Looks like we’re picking and going off the base of the ruck a lot this half.

Cracking passage of play there. The handling from some of our forwards is brilliant at times.

Hope we don't regret not taking three there.

Considering the lineout difficulties in the first half, Byrne's darts have been excellent

Bad neck roll on one of our forwards there. No idea how he missed that.

Saw that too, he was in the perfect place to see it as well.

Where has this whole “use it” call come from? It’s not in the laws. Feels like a cop out for refs not having to give penalties.

Brian Byrne has been great since he has come on as has Doris. Our bench forwards have really added a lot.

I'm not going to criticise Tracy too much for the lineout because the wind was so bad and the calls were poor, but BB must be very close to overtaking him.

Yes, it is in the laws - 19.26 (or 20.10 if you have the old law book)

That's not the first tackle Fardy has missed today, fairly poor from someone of his ability.

Edit: I was talking about the one for the break, didn't realise that he missed the try scorer too.
