The more I see of Scott Penny, the more excited I am by him.

Coming in cold to start that Benetton game and making the tackles he did was really encouraging to see in someone so young.

With the RWC next season he will be a key player for us I reckon in the back row. No visible ceiling for him yet
He's gotten awfully fond of that brick

thought it was noticeable how much broader Deegan looks to Doris here, granted he has 18 months on him, still surprising enough

Good to see Connors hitting form at a useful time for us.

He's a good player, isn't he?

Shows lots of energy and plays the game very naturally with lots of variety ... good handling skills, changes level very quickly as a tackler and always close to the ball. Not a prototypical openside in terms of his build, but he obviously reads the game well. Looking forward to seeing more of him. That extra bit of height gives him good versatility in the long term.

33 tackles and 17 carries for Connors on the weekend. He has some engine on him!

Imagine him and VDF in the backrow for a game, god help the opposing outhalf!

Leavy’s injury was a dislocated kneecap leading to a ruptured acl and pcl. He has had the surgery and begun rehab. Looking at a year out.

Thanks for the update, fingers crossed.
On the general topic.
Our BR options is probably one of strongest areas in terms of quality although a little light on depth.
Mirror, Mirror on the Wall who's the greatest player of them all? It is Drico your majesty.

he certainly looked good when he came on.
Never argue with an idiot. Someone looking on may not be able tell the difference
