FYI - TGV from CGD to Lyons is 2 hours. Just in case anyone wanted to look at that route
I like your right leg. A lovely leg for the role.
I've got nothing against your right leg.
The trouble is ... neither have you

Scarlets and Cardiff got completely shafted with a load of games on at 8pm saturday and no TV coverage........
Ruddock's tackle stats consistently too low for me to be taken seriously as a Six Nations blindside..... Ruddock's defensive stats don't stack up. - All Blacks Nil, Jan 15th, 2014
England A 8 - 14 Ireland A, 25th Jan 2014

So it's:

16/11 15:15 LEINSTER V BENETTON RDS Arena
23/11 15:15 LYON V LEINSTER Matmut Stade de Gerland
07/12 13:00 SAINTS V LEINSTER Franklin's Gardens
14/12 17:15 LEINSTER V SAINTS Aviva Stadium
12/01 13:00 LEINSTER V LYON RDS Arena
18/01 13:00 BENETTON V LEINSTER Stadio Monigo

Good to get Benetton at home early imo. They'll suffer as badly from RWC with players being away.
Would've preferred Lyon away second because they'll likely be out by then and they'll have more consistency than us, but overall the perfect pool draw and a pretty good fixture list.

Lyon gave Stade a good whipping in the first game of the Top 14.

Mathieu Basteraud came on in the back row.

He'll be available for them for our visit down there I think (leaving for NYC in December).

Anyone (I.e. Neil  ) know if there's any chance of the TOP14 being on TV this season? I saw on twitter that Rupert Cox said that there isn't but I was hoping he was just being coy. Really enjoyed watching Clermont and Toulouse last season and would be curious about ROG at La Rochelle, hope somebody picks it up.

Think that deal finished last season - there doesn't appear to be a broadcaster in the UK&I this season

I doubt they even stuck to that deal, pretty sure they only had one game a week during the regular season so no way they showed 55 games.

Anyone know when tickets are available for the Lyon v Leinster game? Only pool game I can get to this season.
lyon rugby ticketing site seem to only work 2 games ahead. https://billetterie.lourugby.fr/

Lyon now 2/2 after a 22-12 win against Toulouse at home.

Not a weak Toulouse team either.

There won’t be any problem getting tickets
Leinster’s allocation will be far more than the demand

Lyon beat CA Brive 59-3 yesterday. They're currently at the top of the pile.

Given Treviso's performance yesterday against us with 15 on RWC duty and Lyon's start to the Top 14, this Pool is looking like hard graft. Lyon's pack are a real handful and the Treviso backline will test every defence in the Pool. Keatley looks like a very smart signing by Crowley and we'll really need to tighten up defensively to emerge from this Pool.

Ah now 'hard graft' is a bit much!

Despite Lyon's very early season form it's still by far the easiest pool of the lot. If we're as good as we think we are we should be aiming for 6/6.
