Good start from us. Byrne/Tomane axis looking good in attack so far.

Lineout a bit ropey.

They haven't a clue how to defend the maul. Experience of Fardy & Dev versus their two showing a bit maybe.

Calm reffing there.

Stupid from Connors, but not a yellow.

Been brushing up on my Irish lately and I’m proud to say I’m at the level where I can see exactly how biased the TG4 commentators are!

I think we'd be doing fairly well to get a point out of this.

Connacht have started very well, have a settled side and are at home, at a venue we often struggle.
Ours is a bit of a scratch side this week: players coming back; squad players given chances.
Nah Leinster are winning this game easily, we’re hardly gonna lose to Connacht, we’re Leinster!!!

Jaysus we're all over them.

No pressure from Connacht defence at all, but our pack are absolutely killing them.

Kelleher is everywhere!

When did Ross Byrne turn into the second coming of David Campese? Attacking the line so well. Lovely from Tomane too.

Keenan & JOB are very skillful players.

Kelleher looks a real player. Hope Connors comes back on - thought his tackle technique in first 20 was terrific.

At least two of my favourite players on the pitch are Ronan Kelleher. And the third is in the top 5.

Brilliant half! The front row, Josh Murphy, and Tomane were phenomenal early on, just completely blew Connacht away.

Ross Byrne has been great apart from that crossfield kick, but I don't think it's a particularly unusual performance for him tbh, he's playing at close to his best but he's done that plenty of times before IMO.

Tomane really has been great. Missed one tackle but the rest of his game has been brilliant and it's even more impressive considering the late change with Henshaw.

Luke's passing was very ropey early on but he's been really good since then. His passing is quick, he's a threat himself, and his kicking, tackling, and covering were all good.

I think the first missed lineout was down to a poorly timed jump. Not sure about the second one but what I'm getting at is that Kelleher might have only had one error in the half, he's been superb.

Connacht have been very very poor though. Fair enough we have a far more powerful pack, but some of their knocks ons etc have been dreadful.
