Is there something a bit deeper going on in Connacht? I've read a few interviews with Johnny O'Connor where he said he'd love to go back and yet he's turned down a deal to stay in the UK for 2 more years. Sure, it probably doesn't match Wasps in terms of cash, but it's a bit of a U-turn for a guy who says he misses Ireland a lot. Ditto for Browne.

Take the point on injuries and defections too, but they don't pull in fringe players from other provinces who are looking for game-time either. McAllister going from 4th pick at Leinster to 3rd pick at Munster doesn't really help anyone...

Results on the pitch not great, despite the fact that they're through in the Cup.

Is it the annual uncertainty around the future of the side or something closer to squad and management?? Any goss on the wires?

Now that rugby's oldest bridesmaid has finally got hitched, she can cast a haughty glance towards Leinster, her high-living sister from Dublin, who, despite her immense beauty and vast potential, has trouble getting lucky.

Don't blame the Connacht branch Mullet - their hands are tied. They have feck all money given to them by the IRFU and have to scrimp and save the rest themselves. They can only operate by going crawling to the head honchos in Lansdowne Road asking permission to do anything.

Heard that some of the players were none to impressed at the begining of the season that Bradley was still there after he was prepared to dump them for the turnip jugglers

at the end of the day, Munster is a bigger job than Connacht, so you can't blame the man for going for the job. Methinks that he woujld have had the job too, if **************** hadn't decided to throw his hat into the ring

No question its a bigger job, and to be honest he wouldn't be much of a coach in terms of ambition if he didn't go for it, doesn't mean the players liked it though!
