The ticketmaster interactive map won't allow me buy kids tickets alone. No problem buying adult tickets but I cannot buy 3 kids tickets for the Northampton match. I managed it for the Castres match in the RDS but no joy with the Aviva. I input the code correctly ec. Anyone any suggestions? The same happened for me with the Australia match.
I tried phoning them but just spent 20mns going round and round on a voicemail loop that told me tickets will be available on Friday and told me to hang up.

Only certain stands & locations have kids available. I tried to move my seats & the TM system didn't recognise kids seats. Call Sinead or Kevin.
